At Pipwick we can design, implement and report on traditional research programmes whether quantitative or qualitative and results from
these are often useful aids to decision making.
However, we also like to consider other approaches to gathering information:
- Are comment cards used and if so, effectively and with emphasis on personal attention and response?
- What trial programmes could be used both to develop revenue and to assess attitudes and responses? A trial
programme should be designed to give some view of future possibilities
- How do we treat staff feedback?
- At Pipwick we believe that the closer we are to the customer the more likely we are to obtain actionable feedback.
